I found myself 20lbs heavier, struggling to keep my eyes open in the afternoons, with a face full of acne. I was confused as to how I ended up there, being that I worked out and felt like I ate fairly healthy. It seemed like no matter what I tried, I couldn’t create the results I wanted in a way that I could see myself maintaining long term. It wasn’t until I discovered the unlimited motivation and FREEDOM that exists in living according to God’s VISION for my life and health that I began to see changes. That is when I realized the most important thing to ever impact my life and health - If I wanted change, I had to partner with God! Hey friend!
Do you struggle with having confidence in your body? Does your mind flood with mean negative thoughts when you look at yourself in the mirror? 
 
If so, know you're not alone. I think body confidence is something every woman struggles with at some point, if not continuously. To the point where I don't even know if we identify it as a problem.
 
It's just how many of us think. I see memes on social media joking about feeling ugly or fat.
 
I hear women make jokes about breaking the scale or messing something up to poke fun at their own weight. Making it seem like it's something they don't care about when really it is a constant pain point.
 
As follower of Jesus, daughters of the King, we get to view our bodies differently - no matter how they look.
 
To kick things off, in this episode, I'm going to offer insight on how to have confidence in your body when you haven't hit that goal weight and despite putting in work, you still don't look how you feel you should look to make those negative thoughts stop.

Hey Friend!
We are continuing the conversation with Christa and Kristi in this episode. We get further into the physical benefits that they each saw in their bodies as a result of prioritizing their health and partnering with God.
Both of them have been out of the program now for several months. They each share what their current lifestyle looks like and how they continue to maintain healthy habits through a Vision Driven approach.
If you've found yourself resisting exercise and intentional movement, you'll likely resonate with Kristi's journey.
 
Or if you've struggled with your menstrual cycle, having acne, painful cramps, or challenging emotional dynamics, you'll be encouraged to hear the way Christa was able to reverse these symptoms.
