Hey, I’m Robin Rhine McDonald, a follower of Jesus, a wife, a mama of 2, and a seminarian turned health coach. And I am SO excited that you are here!! I found myself 20lbs heavier, struggling to keep my eyes open in the afternoons, with a face full of acne. I was confused as to how I ended up there, being that I worked out and felt like I ate fairly healthy. It seemed like no matter what I tried, I couldn’t create the results I wanted in a way that I could see myself maintaining long term. It wasn’t until I discovered the unlimited motivation and FREEDOM that exists in living according to God’s VISION for my life and health that I began to see changes. That is when I realized the most important thing to ever impact my life and health - If I wanted change, I had to partner with God! With God, I crafted a healthy lifestyle that led to ENERGY, healthy weight loss, and confidence in my body WITHOUT feeling overwhelmed or giving in to old patterns. 10 years and two kids later, by the GRACE OF GOD, I’m still prioritizing my health and feeling amazing. I’ve become gripped with the vision of seeing EVERY body that comprises the BODY of Christ healthy and well. Chase has always been in love with some form of fitness. She joined the fitness industry in 2011. Back then, she led group fitness classes as a personal trainer.
Eventually, she left the role of a Fitness Director in the corporate world so that she could focus her attention on her favorite clients - Mothers. Through the launch of Chaselynn Fitness, she follows her passion. She encourages women to put themselves first in their journey to fitness. Her passion is to show them how to eat, move, and set their minds right. If mothers can build a new way of healthy living, they can empower generations to come. She is proud to share that she is a blessed mother of 3 beautiful girls, a wife, and a Christian. When she's not helping people get in shape and find success in their routines, you can find her outdoors. She loves to work out in the open area or indulge in her very favorite chips and salsa with her family on the couch!

Hey friend!
I am SUPER excited to bring you my very first guest, my dear friend, Carlie Harford. She is someone who inspires me in my walk with Jesus. She is a woman of FAITH who is expectant to hear God's voice and direction in her life. Her favorite thing to do is spend time with God.
I'm bringing her on for two main reasons:
One, even though I'll be getting into the nitty gritty of nutrition, healthy habits, and how to implement them, this podcast is about doings so in partnership with God. Partnering with God requires that we are led by Him.
Two, Carlie has some AMAZING testimonies about how God spoke to her about specific health issues that brought her healing, health, and freedom from cravings for the choices that didn't serve her overall well being.

In this VERY first episode, I thought I'd talk about starting out. It's so easy to fall into the trap of TALKING about doing something, but then not actually doing it. I know I've done that a ton of times. It's almost as if talking about it feels like you're doing it. Unfortunately, that's not the case!

I found myself in my early 20’s, when health should be at it’s peak captive to cravings and convenience, 20lbs heavier, struggling to keep my eyes open, with a face full of acne.
I could NOT figure out HOW to maintain healthy habits to get lasting results…
I tried calorie counting
Excessive cardio
Low fat
Shakes
And whatever else promised to move the scale
It wasn’t until I discovered the power of aligning my choices with God’s vision for my life that I started to see changes.
It’s been 10 years and two kids since I started making healthy choices in partnership with Jesus. I’ve kept those 20lbs off, I’ve continued to stay fit, and I am STILL cooking healthy meals for myself and family.
I can tell you right now that is all by the GRACE of God.
