I found myself 20lbs heavier, struggling to keep my eyes open in the afternoons, with a face full of acne. I was confused as to how I ended up there, being that I worked out and felt like I ate fairly healthy. It seemed like no matter what I tried, I couldn’t create the results I wanted in a way that I could see myself maintaining long term. It wasn’t until I discovered the unlimited motivation and FREEDOM that exists in living according to God’s VISION for my life and health that I began to see changes. That is when I realized the most important thing to ever impact my life and health - If I wanted change, I had to partner with God! In today's episode, I'm really laying it out. It is so important for us as followers of Jesus to live a healthy lifestyle. You are called to incredible things. God is working through you. And health doesn't need to be a hindrance.
I'm going through a bit of a rough time, and I've got to say, having my health has been a game changer for being able to navigate this. I've been stepping up my time in Scripture and in prayer and making sure to still prioritize my healthy habits. I will take ALL the energy and support I can get.
I want you to be able to live the life and calling God has for you without being bogged down by fatigue, chronic disease, inflammation and the like.
His peace and grace are available or your health as well.

Spenser has been in the sports medicine industry for 11 years. Four and a half years ago her health was declining and she decided to action. The doctors only wanted to prescribe medicine instead of looking for the root cause of the issue. Spenser decided to take matters into her own hands and went to a holistic doctor. That doctor was able to help her change her life. It was then that Spenser knew this was her calling and went back to school to become a holistic nutrition consultant.

Hey friend!
Do you struggle with having confidence in your body? Does your mind flood with mean negative thoughts when you look at yourself in the mirror?
If so, know you're not alone. I think body confidence is something every woman struggles with at some point, if not continuously. To the point where I don't even know if we identify it as a problem.
It's just how many of us think. I see memes on social media joking about feeling ugly or fat.
I hear women make jokes about breaking the scale or messing something up to poke fun at their own weight. Making it seem like it's something they don't care about when really it is a constant pain point.
As follower of Jesus, daughters of the King, we get to view our bodies differently - no matter how they look.
To kick things off, in this episode, I'm going to offer insight on how to have confidence in your body when you haven't hit that goal weight and despite putting in work, you still don't look how you feel you should look to make those negative thoughts stop.
