43. Why Clean Eating Is Not What You Think It Is! The Truth About Making Healthy Choices

Hey Friend!

"Eating clean" means so many different things depending on who you talk to. It matters what is ACTUALLY healthy and what will support your body in creating the health you want, whether that's losing weight, reducing inflammation, improving bloodwork, or increasing your energy.

My desire is that every body that comprises the Body of Christ be healthy and well, unhindered by disease SO THAT they can live out their God given callings.

In today's episode, I clarify what it means to eat healthy and offer you what I believe to be the foundational basics of clean eating.

I also address the dark side of clean eating, particularly when you get into the all or nothing mentality. I touch a bit on orthorexia and offer some biblical truths for you to stand on.
