33. How to Eat Healthy AND Enjoy Holiday Food While Still Losing Weight

If you are like me, you LOVE the holidays and you particularly enjoy all of the delicious food that comes with it.

For so many people, the holidays are also a time of gaining unwanted weight, binging, and feeling captive to sweet cravings.

In this episode I share with you a lot of my experiences holiday food, my challenges in making healthy choices, AND what I've learned the last several years in how to lose weight or maintain weight while still enjoying my favorite festive foods.
