In today's episode, I'm really laying it out. It is so important for us as followers of Jesus to live a healthy lifestyle. You are called to incredible things. God is working through you. And health doesn't need to be a hindrance.
I'm going through a bit of a rough time, and I've got to say, having my health has been a game changer for being able to navigate this. I've been stepping up my time in Scripture and in prayer and making sure to still prioritize my healthy habits. I will take ALL the energy and support I can get.
I want you to be able to live the life and calling God has for you without being bogged down by fatigue, chronic disease, inflammation and the like.
His peace and grace are available or your health as well.
