Hey Friend!

We are continuing the conversation with Christa and Kristi in this episode. We get further into the physical benefits that they each saw in their bodies as a result of prioritizing their health and partnering with God.

Both of them have been out of the program now for several months. They each share what their current lifestyle looks like and how they continue to maintain healthy habits through a Vision Driven approach.
