More about Jessika:

Jessika is a mom, wife, and boss who is super passionate about health. She is a Registered Dietitian (RD) and has been working in the health industry for the last 15 years. She runs a medical nutrition therapy clinic and is an adjunct professor for nutrition at the University of New Mexico. She has certifications in Eating Disorders (CEDRD) and Sports Dietetics (CSSD).  She has been trained as a Certified Wellness Coach and American Council on Exercise Group Fitness Instructor.  And her passion is fueling women's awesome with Empowered Eating!
