11. Trying to Break Free From Emotional Eating and Cravings? Experience Food Freedom in Christ Through My 4E Method

Hey friend!

This episode was TOUGH to put together this week. I got sick, I was feeling discouraged, and I was in a funk at different points. None of those are like me! Then it dawned on me - I'm recording a podcast on getting free in your health... Wait a second! I'm not going to let the enemy take away from that!! And then I got really amped to create this episode.

 

I get into what food freedom is in Jesus and how to begin to take hold of freedom in your health using my 4E method. That's the same method I use in my 16 week Sustainable Healthy Lifestyle program.

 

I hope this episode provides a taste of what's available to you in freedom in Christ. Where the Spirit of the Lord is, THERE IS FREEDOM!
