10. How Your Relationship With Jesus Can Stop, Heal, and Replace Your Unhealthy Relationship With Food

Hey friend!

In this episode I get into the different types of relationships with food that many of us have had or have. If you're like me, it takes hearing someone else talk about something for me to realize that I am experiencing that within myself. In sharing these, you might get clarity on why you struggle with certain eating habits or thoughts around food.

Often times we are just a few conversations with Jesus away from having breakthrough in our health. Other times, it's through these conversations that the beginning of a longer healing process begins.

In either scenario, my hope is that in this episode there are areas of your heart that need healing and hope that are revealed and placed in the hands of Jesus.

He is the One who satisfies.

He is the One who can make all the difference in creating a healthy lifestyle that lasts!
