08. Everything in Moderation? 5 Tips on How to Eat Healthy While Still Enjoying Your Favorite Foods

Hi Friend!

This past weekend Ryan and I went on our 2nd annual Vision Marriage Retreat, and I had a lot of certain foods that many might consider "bad" or in the category of "cheat" or "treat" foods.

I have zero guilt or shame about it, and I can tell you that I didn't fit them in my macros or anything like that. Honestly, I consider what I ate a part of my intended, sustainable healthy lifestyle.

While I was intentional with my portions, there is more to my approach than moderation. In this episode, I poke holes at the idea of cheat meals and treat meals while providing some super helpful tips for making Vision Driven healthy choices from a Biblical, Jesus-centered perspective.
