04. How to Hear from God for Breakthrough in Your Health with Carlie Harford

Hey friend!

I am SUPER excited to bring you my very first guest, my dear friend, Carlie Harford. She is someone who inspires me in my walk with Jesus. She is a woman of FAITH who is expectant to hear God's voice and direction in her life. Her favorite thing to do is spend time with God.

I'm bringing her on for two main reasons:

One, even though I'll be getting into the nitty gritty of nutrition, healthy habits, and how to implement them, this podcast is about doings so in partnership with God. Partnering with God requires that we are led by Him.

Two, Carlie has some AMAZING testimonies about how God spoke to her about specific health issues that brought her healing, health, and freedom from cravings for the choices that didn't serve her overall well being.

She's a perfect example of what it looks like to be VISION DRIVEN in her health.
